Joost is a new application from the makers of Kazaa and Skype (bought by Ebay) that has real p2p streaming of videos. It's like YouTube on steroids only its p2p so its going to stay up forever and it's legal. It was in beta but it was closed so you had to get an invite from someone who had an account but now its open and free for personal use.
